Check in time from 15:00 to 23:00, after 23:00 there is an extra charge of 20 Euros. Early check-in is available upon request and subjected to availability.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please ensure you have collected all personal belongings before leaving your room and return your key to the reception desk. If a key is not returned, it will need to be sent back via priority mail, or a replacement fee will be charged. Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.
Rooms are cleaned daily between 14:00 – 16:00. Towels and bed linens are changed every 2 days. Toilet basket is changed everyday. If you wish any extra set of towels, pillows or blanket please ask at the Reception.
We provide baby cot free of charge. Please inform our Reception prior to your arrival.
A First Aid Kit is located at our Reception.
Free wifi access is available in all areas of the hotel.
Free usage of a laptop or tablet, upon request. Please ask at the Reception.
Transport to and from the airport, port or other locations are available upon request and for extra charge.
Private parking space upon request just 100m away from our guesthouse. Please ask at the reception for further details.
We can assist for daily excursions & city tours upon request with extra charge. We advise you to express your interest at least 3 days prior to your arrival via email or talk to the reception for further information.
Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out. If you arrive before check-in time (15:00) and your room is not yet ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. The same applies after check-out (11:00), so you can continue to enjoy your day without carrying your bags. During high season, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance via email.
Room service is available upon request between 10:00 and 22:00. During the low season, we are happy to accommodate requests whenever possible. In the high season, availability may be limited.
Breakfast room service is available upon request at an additional charge. An early breakfast takeaway package can be arranged upon request if breakfast is included in your room rate. Please contact the reception for menu options.
Laundry & Dry cleaning Service is available upon request with extra charge, every day except national holidays. Please ask at the reception for more information.
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and throughout the building. A penalty of €150 will be charged for any violation. Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.
